If more than one person signs this Release, “I” shall mean each person who signs this Agreement.

Terms and Agreement *

1. Release/Waiver. I release, waive, and/or give up any and all claims and rights which I may have against you. This releases all claims, including those of which I am not aware and those not mentioned in this Release. This Release applies to claims resulting from anything, which has happened up to now. I specifically release the following claim Any and all claims against you regarding the bicycle usage by me. I have inspected the bicycle and agree to assume all Liability Regarding this equipment. Moreover, my use of the bicycle in question is at my own risk and I fully assume responsibility for any and all injury, accident or damage which may occur to myself, others or any property by and through my use of the bicycle(s) in question
2. Indemnification. I also agree to and shall hold harmless and indemnify you from any and all payments, expenses, costs, attorney’s fees and from and for any and all claims and liabilities for losses or damages to property or persons occasioned wholly or in part by or resulting from any accident or omissions caused by me while using the bicycle(s) in question.
3. No Representation. I acknowledge that you have informed me that the bicycle(s) in question is made available to me as a courtesy at no charge and without warrant or representation as to condition of any of the equipment.
4. Repair & Care. I agree to take good care of the bicycle(s) and shall maintain this equipment in good condition and shall deliver the bicycle upon the end of the usage period in good order. I further agree to pay any damage costs beyond normal wear and tear.
5. Signatures. I understand and agree to the terms of this agreement, including riders must wear shoes and not take bikes out after dusk.
